#2 pencil on sketch paper, then photographed and finalized it on Krita (digital art app).

Ideas:​

• ​ I just really liked this composition idea for a concept piece.​

• I thought I'd incorporate more location and setting into this one.

Processes

​ I really leaned into color exploration this time, trying to make the individual schemes work cohesively together. I also go out my old pen tablet (Pt 1 was done on a Chromebook), so my line work improved significantly.

Artists Referenced

• I referenced Andy Warhol for help with the colors in this piece. Eugene Eiffel (Eiffel Tower) for the Midnight Citadel's shape.

• Noelle Stevenson's She-Ra and the Princesses of Power -- a panel from the Season 1 intro sequence was my inspiration for this composition. I also looked at promotional posters from Arcane and Demon Slayer. I mainly referenced my research and previous investigation/ exploration pages. I had to find a reference for Nightmare's deer skull.
